Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days through our shipment and fulfilment partner, Aramex. Weekends (Sunday and Saturday) and Qatar public holidays are not considered working days. Due to the nature of our products, seasonal increases in demand and factors beyond our control, there may be occasional longer delivery times. We will endeavour to inform you of any such situation to avoid disappointment.

All deliveries require a signature: If you or someone on your behalf is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. Cards can only be left where there is access to secure post boxes, therefore some deliveries to apartment buildings and shared accommodation will not receive delivery cards as a matter of security.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If delivery proves impossible or impractical on two or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however, we will try to contact you in this case to arrange for a new order to be placed.

For Cash on Delivery (COD), please have the exact amount available for the courier. It will save you time.

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you an email with the courier and the related waybill. You can also track your order with the courier by logging onto their website and quoting your tracking number.

After the order is shipped, the courier can keep your order for a maximum of 14 days, and if we cannot get in touch with you after 14 days, the order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse. In this case, since we incur a significant shipping cost, we may refuse future post-paid COD orders from you.

Our courier partners do their best to deliver within the time frames mentioned above. However, there are times when you may experience a short delay in receiving your shipment due to customs clearance or if they cannot reach you.

COST

The cost for your delivery must be paid by you. Upon ordering, a shipment calculation is provided by our distribution partner, Aramex. This fee is combined with the total order amount and paid in the checkout area of our website.

Depending on your country, customs fees, duties and taxes may apply. All these potential surcharges are the responsibility of the customer. Should any such surcharges be applied, then the shipping provider will contact you for clearing them before releasing your order. Failure to pay these fees will cause the parcel to be returned to us at the customer’s cost.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel an order placed at www.bo-ta-ny.shop, please forward the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order: research@thebotanylaboratory.com
If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it and therefore request that you follow the return instructions included in the parcel.
